The DELISTINGS THREAD
#1
This thread was not designed to berate or bag RICHMOND players but to discuss and give Honest opinions as to who should survive the cut at seasons end.

Rance, just what we have been looking for since the kellaway bros.

Graham, another pre-season and he will be beating the best of them.

Jackson, looks a REAL leader.

all obvious ones as are Foley Moore and Newman, but what about players such as Hughes, Gourdis and Putt, have they got what we need (excellence) to take us to the next level?

Putt - not played a senior game
Gourdis - not played a senior game
Hughes - agree (sadly)
Shulz - doesn't play for our club. Jay Schulz though.. jury out. Think he may stay as he's a tall, has experience, and with everyone else aparently gone he'll keep a spot.

JON - stay - he's just starting to show it!
Tambling - ditto
Hislop - he's played what.. one or two games? Come on!

Re: playing list 2010

Jay Schulz is contracted until the end of 2010, as is King & McMahon. People who went them all gone are shit out of luck. Unless they choose to delist and pay out their contracts, or trade 'em all.

Really? Where did you get that from? Did Francis Jackson tell you that himself? How about Craig Cameron?

IIRC Thomson(you didn't spell his name right) was picked up in case Cogs didn't come good. Cogs is going.. well.. OK...

you've written off two players just drafted who haven't had a chance to show anything.. I honestly don't know where that is coming from. Suppose you want to ditch Post and Vickery too?

Thomson hasn't been fit until recently and now that he has a sliver of fitness, he's been almost BOG for 2 weeks in a row.

Minimum of 3. It is compulsory to take 3 players in the National Draft.

As I keep saying now is the perfect time try both Hughes and Schulz at FF. 6 games each at the pointy end.

We have nothing to lose and might very well uncover something worthwhile keeping.

Same with Gourdis and Putt. Give them the experience.
