Just wondering what all the fuss is about Everitt. He looked o.k. but no more so than 20 other kids running around I reckon. Who would you draft now Infamy if you had to choose between Everitt and Jack on what we've seen so far ? Just curious.

Re: 2008 NAB Rising Star

Bit of an ambiguous question - Before I read it I was actually going to say maybe we don't rate Everitt just like a lot of people wouldn't rate Jack outside our club.

I'd have kept Jack

Re: 2008 NAB Rising Star

Out of the 2 i'd take Jack, but i would have taken Albert Proud or James Sellar with what was left at #13

Re: 2008 NAB Rising Star

I've met Albert Proud's girlfriend (at least she was at the time), cracker of a chick. She also seemed to think that he may want to come to Melbourne once his contract ran out but that may have been a bit of wishful thinking on her part.

If we'd taken Proud though, good chance we wouldn't have got Edwards.

Re: 2008 NAB Rising Star

Of the Richmond boys I would be very keen on backing JON at 41-1. He has been in the system a few years now so has a real chance of playing most games. This is the first full pre-season he has ever completed (touch wood), with this full pre-season under his belt, look out for a more confident and complete JON in 2008.

Re: 2008 NAB Rising Star

Unfortunately i don't think any of our players will feature in the Rising star award. Mainly because Bling will be grabbing all the attention by carving up the center.

There now, that's the spirit! There's still a few seats left on board the JON bandwagon, don't get left behind.
